跨界創新成功經驗

打造產業生態系概念跨界創辦設計旅店「玩味旅舍 Play Design Hotel」在企業管理、創新創業、觀光、建築等領域廣受關注，並成多篇研究個案及媒體報導專題；受邀於多所大學院校相關系所分享成功經驗，並榮獲經濟部創業型 SBIR 60 萬元獎勵金、美國 Fast Company’s Innovation by Design Award、Radical Innovation Award 等 16 項殊榮。

新創經營 ─

設計思維跨業種經營

過往經營設計公司「爻域互動」曾獲經濟部新創事業獎金質獎；接手經營「玩味創研」後，將公司成功經營爲國際設計大獎常勝公司；經營設計旅店「玩味旅舍」亦獲 LTG Design Hotel of The Year 2016、曾位居TripAdvisor 台灣小型旅店排名第一，並獲 LV City Guide Taipei、英國 The Telegraph、國家地理雜誌 National Geographic、Lonely Planet、CNN、日本 BRUTUS 雜誌等國際著名媒體報導。

博物館策展 ─

創新展示科技擾動博物館生態

曾擔任多項策展專案計畫主持人，為台灣地方縣市博物館策展、導入新培體展示科技應用，促進台灣博物館轉型升級。近五年曾為新北市立黃金博物館、國立科學工藝博物館、故宮南院、新北市立美術館、高雄流行音樂中心、高雄市立歷史博物館、國立台灣文學館、國家人權博物館等策劃展覽。

平台實踐 ─

讓世界看見台灣的創新商模

經營玩味旅舍 Play Design Hotel 結合博物館策展概念，房間打造成台灣設計體驗型展售平台，讓世界看見台灣設計，並直接經紀台灣設計家具與國際銷售。經營家具、家飾等不同品項近 200 個不同的台灣設計師品牌，包含路力、柒木、良事設計、META Design 等。此外，2018 年經營玩味沙龍 Play Design Salon 更以體驗型策展形式，推廣台灣食材及台灣茶文化。

產業培力 ─

輔導中小企業轉型

連續多年擔任經濟部中小及新創企業署體驗設計相關計劃之設計輔導顧問，輔導國內中小企業及新創品牌做設計加值、服務優化及數位轉型。輔導成果卓著，並榮獲國際設計大獎肯定，包含 AIGA 365 Year in Design、A’ Design Award、GDA Design Thinking Award、London Design Award 金獎、Muse、International Design Award、UDA International Design Competition 金獎等。

國際獲獎 ─

拓展台灣設計的國際聲量

2023 年獲義大利 A’ Design Award 經營的 Design Leaderboard 服務設計類積分全球排名第一。累計榮獲國內外重要獎項累計超過 50 件，其中 2018 iF Design Award 是台灣首位在「Service Design & UX類」的獲獎者之一；主持計畫二度榮獲 Core77 Design Award 視覺設計類專業組首獎 (2022、2024)，亦為台灣首位。

國際交流 ─

推動跨國設計跨域合作

參與創辦 IxDA Taiwan 台灣互動設計協會，曾邀請互動設計學者 Jon Kolko、東京 IDEO 總監 Michael Peng 等國際知名人士來台分享 (2013)。經營玩味旅舍推廣台灣設計，向超過 30 國遊客介紹及販售台灣在地設計，接待來自泰國、中國、日、韓及歐美等產業參訪團。與日本旅遊插畫家小村奈穗合作策劃主題房、媒合日本插畫角色「豆腐人」與台灣品牌推出聯名商品，並於台北開設抹茶飲品店 (2017)、促成馬來西亞沙巴設計旅店投資案 (2019) 等。

服務學術 ─

昇華經驗回饋社會及教育

曾受邀至大學設計相關系所、國際論壇及研討會演講分享，超過 100 場。擔任經濟部計畫之設計輔導顧問、產發局計畫之輔導顧問、大學院校設計競賽活動評審、設計相關系所之課程審議委員、碩士論文審查委員、ADADA 學術會議議程主持、社會創新研討會國外講者邀請等；亦曾於台灣大學創創中心、台北市立大學視覺藝術系、元智大學資訊傳播學系、雲林科技大學數位媒體設計系、台灣科技大學數位學習研究所等擔任業師，奉獻教育、提攜後進。
